Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, enrolling in a course, making a payment, or otherwise using PMGuru Learn, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
If you use the platform on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and agree to these terms on their behalf, including our AI Use Policy and any required consent workflows.
Eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent where required by law or by our enrollment process.
We may refuse or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in academic dishonesty, or created risk for other learners or instructors.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies, abuse the platform, or attempt to circumvent access controls.
Courses and enrollment
Course access depends on enrollment status, payment (where applicable), cohort capacity, and instructor discretion. We may modify schedules, materials, or instructors with reasonable notice when necessary for program quality.
Self-paced and instructor-led formats may have different attendance, assignment, and certificate requirements described on course pages and inside the LMS.
Payments
Fees are displayed at checkout or on course pages. Payments may be made via Zelle (manually verified) or Stripe card checkout, depending on the method shown at enrollment. By completing a purchase, you authorize the amount shown and agree to our Refund Policy, which states that all sales are final except where required by law or explicitly agreed in writing by PMGuru Learn.
See our Refund Policy at /refund-policy for full details. Chargeback abuse or payment fraud may result in suspension.
Responsible AI use
Use of AI tools in coursework is governed by our AI Use Policy at /ai-use-policy. You must verify outputs, disclose AI assistance where required, protect privacy in prompts, and submit work that reflects your own judgment and accountability.
Your content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of original work you create. You grant PMGuru Learn a limited license to host, display, and process your submissions solely to operate the LMS, provide feedback, issue credentials, and improve services in de-identified form.
Course materials, rubrics, videos, and platform software are owned by PMGuru Learn or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit course content without permission.
Certificates
Certificates confirm completion of stated requirements (lessons, assignments, and project review), not a government license or professional credential. Certificate language is honest and tied to demonstrated work, not purchase alone.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Cheat, plagiarize, or misrepresent AI or human authorship of submitted work.
- Harass instructors, staff, or other learners.
- Upload malware, executable files, or prohibited content types.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the platform without permission.
- Share another person’s personal information without consent.
Disclaimers
The platform and courses are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, exam passage, or uninterrupted access. Educational content is not legal, medical, or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, PMGuru Learn and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform is limited to the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the fees you paid to us for the course giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be brought in state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated by email or a notice on the site.
