Our commitment
PMGuru Learn aims to make our public website and core learning journeys usable by people with a wide range of abilities. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where practicable for pages and flows we control.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time checklist. We combine design tokens, semantic HTML, keyboard support, and automated testing with manual review.
Measures we take
Our approach includes:
- Semantic page structure with landmarks, headings, and labels on primary forms (sign up, sign in, catalog, and key marketing pages).
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and visible focus indicators on interactive controls.
- Color contrast aligned to our design system for text and controls on marketing and app surfaces.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images where images are used in marketing content.
- Responsive layouts that support zoom and smaller viewports for reading lessons and viewing progress.
- Automated checks in our test suite for main landmarks, heading structure, and form labels on critical paths.
Known limitations
Some areas may not yet meet our target level of accessibility:
- Third-party embedded players or external tools may have their own accessibility characteristics.
- Complex project uploads and creation workflows are optimized for desktop; mobile support for every authoring task may be limited.
- Live video sessions depend on the conferencing provider selected for a cohort; captions and accommodations should be requested in advance.
- Older PDFs or downloads may not be fully tagged until replaced.
Accommodations for learners
If you need an accommodation for a cohort (extended time, captioning, alternative formats, or other support), contact us before or early in your program so we can work with instructors on a reasonable plan.
Feedback and contact
If you encounter a barrier on our site or in the LMS, tell us what you were trying to do, which page or feature was involved, and the assistive technology or browser you use if applicable.
Email: accessibility@pmgurulearn.com. We aim to acknowledge requests within five U.S. business days.
Assistive technology
We test primary flows with current versions of major browsers. Screen reader compatibility varies by page complexity; we welcome specific reports to prioritize fixes.
Ongoing improvements
We review accessibility as we ship new features, update marketing pages, and expand course formats. This statement will be updated when we make material improvements or identify new limitations.
