Overview
PMGuru Learn provides instructor-led, project-based programs with live instruction, LMS access, rubric-based grading, and certificate requirements. Because seats, instructor time, and cohort planning are committed when you enroll, our refund policy is strict and transparent.
All sales are final
Except as required by applicable law or as expressly agreed in a signed written exception from PMGuru Learn, all tuition, fees, and purchases are final and non-refundable.
This includes, without limitation:
- Change of mind or schedule conflicts after purchase.
- Partial completion of a course or failure to attend live sessions.
- Dissatisfaction with content, pace, or instructional style when the program was delivered as described.
- Technical issues on your device or network that are outside our reasonable control, where we provided workable access alternatives.
- Voluntary withdrawal or account closure after enrollment.
Cohort transfers
Before your cohort start date, you may request a one-time transfer to another open cohort of the same course with available seats. Transfers are subject to capacity, schedule, and instructor availability.
After the cohort start date, transfers are generally not available except when PMGuru Learn cancels or materially reschedules the cohort, or when required by law.
Approved transfers move the learner’s seat and enrollment to the new cohort; tuition already paid is applied to the destination cohort. Transfers do not create a refund entitlement by themselves.
Contact programs@pmgurulearn.com as soon as possible if your student’s schedule changes. Include the parent email used at checkout and the preferred destination cohort.
Legal exceptions
If applicable law in your jurisdiction grants a mandatory cooling-off period or other non-waivable refund right, we will honor that right to the extent required. To request review under such a law, contact us with your order details and the specific statutory basis.

Written exceptions
PMGuru Learn may, in rare cases, offer a credit or exception documented in writing by an authorized representative. Verbal promises or informal messages do not modify this policy unless confirmed in writing.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of LMS access while the dispute is investigated. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to permanent account termination and referral to payment processors or authorities where appropriate.
